About this speaker

Mumbi Odame is the Head of Human Centred Design at RMB responsible for building a client-led and design-led capability for the organisation. She was one of the first three Certified Customer Experience Professionals (CCXP) in Africa and has used this knowledge to drive systemic client-centric thinking. She has diverse and significant experience in the financial industry. Mumbi is also a founding board member of Customer Experience South Africa (CXSA), a professional association and governing body created to represent Customer Experience professionals in South Africa. She has a passion for strategy and people giving her an edge in developing and implementing CX strategies underpinned by a truly human element.
