Greg Melia, CAE is CEO of the Customer Experience Professionals Association, the premier global non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and cultivation of the Customer Experience profession. It has nearly 4,000 members in 70 countries around the world. Greg is passionate about associations, CX and creativity.
Greg holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from The College of William & Mary, a master’s degree from the London School of Economics, and a graduate certificate in Creativity and Change Leadership from the International Center for Studies in Creativity at the State University of New York. He earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential in 2004 and was named an Association TRENDS "Young & Aspiring Association Professional" in 2009.
