An experienced Marketing Executive, Consultant and Lecturer, Arthur Arzumanyan is Chief Marketing Officer at DCG Lab, Ph.D. from Economics from Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE), MBA from American University of Armenia (AUA) and member of International Institute of Marketing Professionals (IIMP®), Canada. With more than 15 years of various managerial position at the largest International companies, he concentrated on market research, planning, pricing, product development, b2b marketing, telecom marketing etc.
Arthur Arzumanyan is also actively involved in academic activities, corporate training, Webinars, master classes and public speeches. He taught “Consumer Behavior” at Swiss Business School (SBS), and currently adjunct professor of Marketing Management at Eurasia International University (EIU), Russian-Armenian University (RAU) and co-author of Certified Marketing Management Professional (CMMP®) Handbooks. He applies and actively promotes consistent marketing that should be data driven, and using the most of traditional, digital and neuromarketing approaches. Arthur Arzumanyan has initiated together with Olga Potaptseva (Founding Director at European Customer Consultancy) inclusion of CX in MBA program at Russian Armenian University.
